Here at Windy Willow we raise a lot of sheep. Most of the sheep we have are a mix of different breeds. We have mixed sheep because that way we are able to take a lot of desirable traits from multiple breeds and combine them into one. Some of our oldest sheep are a breed called Suffolk, and many of the others have a high percentage of the breed Polypay in them.
