Season Pass Terms & Conditions:
-Must present ID along with pass at front desk
-Windy Willow LLC has the right to revoke pass for any reason
-Pass holders may receive special deals and discounts
-Pass is not valid during special events
-May not be used during a field trip
-Season Pass is non-transferable
-If pass is lost, there will be $2 re-issue fee
-Adults using family pass must be from the same address
-If someone attempts to transfer pass, pass will be immediately revoked
-If pass is purchased for a child under 15, child must still be accompanied by an adult

Youth Birthday
Party Packages
Regular Hours Package-$200
Our regular hours package is for parties that are going to take place during our normal hours of operation. This package will include a t-shirt for the birthday child, treat cup to feed the animals, the use of our party room, tables, and chairs along with the other normal commodities of Windy Willow. Parties include 12 people or up to 20 people with the additional guests receiving $5 off their admission price. Tapeable decoration allowed. Use of the party room is permitted for up to 2 hours with this package. You’re invited to bring your own food and drink.
Private Party Package-$250
The private party package is for guests who would like to have their party when Windy Willow is otherwise closed. This package will include a t-shirt for the birthday child, treat cup to feed the animals, the use of the party room, tables, chairs, pavilion, play areas, and animal viewing. Animals and activities open can vary. Tapeable decoration allowed. You’re invited to bring your own food and drink. Time limit and allowed number of guests are the same as the regular hours package.
Private Party Additions
Private parties can pay additional fees for the following options:
Hay Ride ($100): Enjoy a hay ride to better view the farm and make more memories!
Extra Hour ($50): Pay an extra $50 for each additional hour after the first two hours. Up to 4 hours total permitted.
Bonfire Patio ($100): Enjoy a fire and the view on our outdoor patio! S’mores kit included! Refundable if weather does not permit a fire.

Field Trips
Windy Willow is excited to host field trips and share our farm with eager growing minds!
Field Trip Rates:
Adults & Teachers: 1 FREE for every 5 students
Student Admission: $9.00 per student
Educational Program: $2.00 per student

Field trips are reserved for two hour increments
(Longer time available for an increased price)
Must have a minimum of 20 students attending
1 adult for every 5 students attending required
